Stereo VCR (Multi-Standard)

The Multi-Standard VHS Player is a
compact fully transcoding stereo video
cassette player and recorder which
accepts tapes recorded in any of the PAL,
NTSC,SECAM and MESCAM formats. The
output provides a 1V p-p composite video
signal with a selectable video format via
the front panel.

This product is designed especially for the aircraft environment and offers an impressive
range of features and high standards expected from our products. The VCR can be
controlled via the front facia switch panel, or remotely controlled via the RS485 serial
communications bus, by means of one of our Touch Screen Switch Panel products.

The unit operates directly from aircraft 28V dc and an input keyline is provided which
can place the unit in pause mode during a PA keyline to ground. It is housed in a
composite case and conforms to flammability tests of FAR 25.853. DO160D testing is
undertaken to achieve certification by the UK Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) for cabin
equipment.
