Intheairnet Offers Powerful New CabFlex™ Cabin System for Aircraft Cabin
Control and Entertainment
I

Orlando, FL (November 9, 2005) – Intheairnet LLC announced today at the National Business
Aviation Association Convention the availability of their CabFlex™ Cabin Entertainment and
Control System for business jets.

The CabFlex™ System is an aircraft cabin entertainment and control system that uses the latest in
LCD technology to provide passengers control over audio-video functions as well as cabin lighting
and galley amenities. The system boasts small LCD touch panels which support multiple languages
and have an intuitive graphic user interface. The system allows full audio, video and power switching
and includes multiple audio-video options such as multi-regional DVD, CD, VCD, MP3, multi-
regional VCR and Moving Map with satellite imagery.

Last year Intheairnet purchased the assets of IEC International, a UK company specializing in wide-
body, VIP cabin control and entertainment systems and components. These complex control systems
usually are designed to facilitate large aircraft with multiple state rooms, offices, and entourage seating.

“We took the best products and technology developed by IEC and boiled them down into simplified
yet highly sophisticated system for business aircraft.” said Michael Rogerson, CEO of Intheairnet LLC.
“The CabFlex System is highly flexible, highly scaleable and best of all, highly affordable.”

The architecture starts with a base system configuration that designers can add to or modify components
as needed. The system can support aircraft as small as a helicopter or turboprop to heavy business jets
with 16 or more seats. “We wanted to keep this system flexible and powerful, yet simple for installers
and modification centers to work with. Our design criteria for this product simplified design and
simplified installation.” said Rogerson. Intheairnet is working toward delivery times of five weeks
or shorter beginning in 2006.

One of the key features of the CabFlex™ System is its full system test and diagnostics software.
From either the galley or VIP LCD touch panels, authorized users can access screens that allow
them to ‘see' the entire system including audio-video routing and component addresses to
troubleshoot any issues without removing cabinetry, fixed-furniture or interior panels.
This interface also allows rerouting of power and signal switching without physical rewiring.

Intheairnet is exhibiting the CabFlex™ System at booth 1806 at the NBAA Convention in Orlando .
